Dahlen, Dwyer, Foley & Tinker -DDFT- (Formerly Dahlen, Dwyer & Foley, Inc) was incorporated in 1978 by its founding partners Daniel E. Dwyer & Dwight W. Dahlen, MAI.  Sean M. Foley became a partner in 2002.  Jeffrey A. Dahlen, MAI and Michael T. Tinker, MAI became partners in 2014.  All appraisers in the firm are licensed in the State of Minnesota with Dwight W. Dahlen, Jeffrey A. Dahlen and Michael T. Tinker holding their MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.
